Shipping and Return Policy


All orders are processed on the same day and mailed the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST on any regular business day are processed and mailed the next business day. Orders received on the weekend (Friday after 4:00pm EST, Saturday & Sunday) will process on Monday and mail on the following business day. Most USPS Priority orders are delivered within 2-3 business days providing on the shipping choice upon checkout.

Orders sent outside the United States are at the discretion of each country Customs Authority.


Bella International, Inc. requires all returns to be requested within 30 days of receipt.
All returns require an authorized RMO.

Our 30 day Return Policy:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
  • Refunds are issued on unopened and undamaged item(s) returned to us.
  • Items must be returned in secure & traceable packaging.
  • Opened products will be discarded with no refunds or credits issued.
  • Gift cards, coupons, promotions, shipping costs, free gifts etc. are non-refundable.

Once the return is received & inspected, credits are usually processed on the same day.
Please allow 8-10 business days for this credit to appear on your statement.
